RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Merchandise must be return shipped within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund. Returns and exchanges only apply for full-priced, unworn, and unwashed merchandise with tags in place. Merchandise received past the 7 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of a Christina Karin e-gift card. Please email our customer care team at info@christinakarin.com or simply reply to your order for further details. In order to qualify for a return your item(s) must meet these requirements:

  • All tags must be attached.
  • Items must not have been worn or damaged or washed.
  • Items with visible wear and tear or use cannot be returned.

Please ship merchandise to the Christina Karin Return Center address below. Or, enjoy free returns and exchanges at any Christina Karin store location.

All items on SALE are final sales. All International orders are final sale. No exceptions. All leather and skins are final sale. All perfume and candles are final sale.

All exchanges are eligible for store credit up to 30 days of purchase.

International customers are required to pay their specific country’s import fee. We are not responsible for country restrictions, closed borders, or additional taxes.

Christina Karin reserves the right to decline the return of items if the above terms have not been followed. Christina Karin also reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy processing deadline of 7 days.
